Great location, fabulous view, large spa, ski in/out, spacious apartment, double aspect balconies.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The view from our apartment. Good size ski/boot room.
The trek from our apartment to the swimming pool was long. Pool too cold for my 2 year old to swim in. Weren't any comfortable chairs in the apartment. Didn't like having to pay for extra towels/bedding.

The apartments were very nice but a little tired alll the crockery was chipped but that did not detract from the experiance. the facilities were very good even though all the chalets were a bit spaced out. a very pleasant experiance
the distance to the slopes when the snow is poor ie the end of the season made the walk to the lift hard work.If the snow was good then you would have good ski in ski out facilities.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of this place is absolutely perfect, as it is right by the slopes, offering ski in and ski out convenience. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the beauty of the surroundings. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including a spa with a sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and steam room. The rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met. The free Wi-Fi was a great addition, even though it was occasionally slow, but considering the mountain location, it was understandable. I was extremely satisfied with my stay here and would highly recommend it to others.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

As a family on a skiing holiday we found proximity to the slopes excellent. The pool and spa facilities were great after a day skiing. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I wouldn't say I didn't like anything, although it may have been nice if there was a bar in the complex and if a couple of English channels were available on the tv.

Small but functional apartment. Great access to ski slopes right outside the door.
We had announced that we would be arriving late at night outside of reception opening hours. We received an e-mail confirming this and telling us that an envelope with the key would be left for us. It turned out to be inside a safe for which you need a code. No one had told us this nor provided the code. There was an emergency phone number posted at the door, but no one picked up. After an hour in the freezing night and about 20 tries, someone finally answered and gave us the code. According to the information, our room was No. 15, but the key did not fit. It turned out to be for No. 10 instead. There were only two beds in spite of the fact that reservation had been made for three adults. I spent the night on a sofa bed with no linen. The arrival was a complete disaster. Error upon error which can only be ascribed to an astonishing lack of competence and regard for customers. I wonder what the folks in No. 15 were thinking when we attempted to open their door in the middle of the nght.... If you go there, be sure to arrive during reception opening hours.

Great skiing experience and beautiful weather. The spa facilities are quite nice with a swimming pool and steam. The location is also commendable as the hotel is right on the slopes.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was not great and some of the staff members were not helpful. The kitchen facilities were limited and made cooking our Christmas dinner quite difficult.

The facilities - swimming pool and spa - are high quaility. The skiing in this area is very good and the chalets are well situated for reasonable ski-in /ski-out....though some are better positioned than others.
This is our second year visiting, we found our chalet this year was smaller and not so well positioned - near the stairwell with resulting noise. It felt expensive for the price and to expect it to sleep 6 would be uncomfortable (we only had 4 and felt it was just large enough). We were also irritated that with all this expense, the reception and swimming pool closed sharp at 8pm each night - many resorts keep pools open to 10pm.

Great location, able to ski to door of chalet and convenient for ski lift. Clean design, airy and functional. Kitchen well equipped. Good spa facilities.
Staff not overly helpful. Spa facilities due to open until 8pm but staff ushered people out from 7.30 and closed at 7.45pm. Chose hotel because pet friendly but felt charge of 50 euro for dog for the week was a little OTT. Hotel selling point was free wifi but it was through a web portal page and would only accept 1 log in for each chalet. Not v good for family with iPhones and iPod touches or indeed a group of 6 individuals all with smart phones. Had booked 2 adults and 3 children however bedding was not provided for 3rd child and had to be requested. Be prepared to buy/take toilet roll-we were only supplied with half a roll.

Nothing to dislike.

Clean, quality chalet with ideal location for ski lift. Lovely & quiet; only noise was from a small piste-basher clearing access around the chalet early evening & the 'whooshing' of ski's on snow as we sat over breakfast on our balcony in the morning! Very high standard of spa facilities (pool etc) for those who desire.
Despite an early booking they clearly did not take any notice of our specific chalet request. One female individual at reception very rude/impolite; sadly on duty as we arrived so not a good initial impression. All others very helpful & friendly.

Not a true ski/in location. It was not clear from the description that there are a number of apartment buildings. Ours was was the furthest from the slope access, and involved carrying skis for approx 5 mins.!! That said we were able to ski back down a narrow track.!

This ski resort is a perfect place to escape from the bustle of everyday life. the accommodation offers well, furnished and clean rooms with breathtaking views of the snowy slopes, and the spa is an excellent place to relax after a day of skiing. the ski, in/ski, out location makes it easy to hit the slopes first thing in the morning, and the staff are incredibly accommodating.
The kitchen facilities can be limiting, but there are plenty of restaurants in the area to enjoy.

The chalet's are well appointed and tastefully decorated in mountain style. Excellent access to the slopes and village. The pool was a really hit with the kids
I think for the price parking really should be included in the price.
